December Portland Market Report
If you’re thinking about selling your home, it's important to have a good understanding of what’s going on in the Portland market. Last month continued the typical holiday season slow down which is commonplace through the first week of the new year. November & December are historically one of the slower time periods for new supply and pending sales. This explains the reduced inventory level back down to 2.3 months of supply vs. 2.6 the month prior. New listings, pending sales, & closed sales were all down month over month. Days on market increased again from 44 to 55 days.
