I moved to Portland without a car. I moved into an apt downtown and using public transport got to know most of the area I thought I wanted to live in. Went to open houses for condos and apts for sale. Talked to agents about my needs. I called Brian about a property I had seen online and he offered to pick me up. In all my searches Brian was the ONLY agent to drive me around Portland. Found the perfect townhome and Brian was able to get me a fair price with no competition from other buyers. I remodeled and made quite a out of profit when Brian sold it for me. 4 months later Brian found me my current home which 3 years on has increased in price nearly half again as much!
